Today

It was an eventful day today, so i decided to write it down.

Firstly, I watched 'supersize me' during Geog. Since we just started the chapter on Geography Of Food, Ms Choo made us watch 'supersize me' so that we could get an idea of obesity. She's shown us pictures of starving people in Africa, so at least this was a change.

I saw the bad side of fastfood today. Luckily for me, I do not eat fast food all the time. Thanks to my Mum. She takes time off to prepare food at home, even though she is really busy all the time. It was rather shocking to see the man in the show, who is doing the eating experiment, gain weight so fast! I can't imagine how people eat so much. Supersize fries, supersize coke.... This is why everything supersize comes from the US. Supersized homes, supersized cars, supersized marts and even, supersized people. The medium sized coke in US lookes like the large sized cokes sold here! The worst thing is :the man in the show , Morgan i think, takes the supersize of everything from Macs. That's why the first time he tried eating 'supersize', he threw up.

Ok, enough of 'sizing', typing a word too many times makes a person go crazy. Somehow.

Oh yes, another crazy thing. I was so absorbed in thinking what would happen to me tomorrow (cos i havent studied for Bio yet! Honest. NO secretly studying at home). Then, as I crossed the traffic junction, I did something almost unimaginable. I pressed the button and started walking across, blantantly ignoring the red man. Thankfully, the bus driver had good reflexes. He skidded to a halt and I ran back to the pavement. Some drivers horned at the bus drivers and other stared at me. I could do nothing but smile at them and wave. Haha.

Bye. Got to study now. Here I come, textbook! Wait for the arrival of the general! I shall conquer you, in 1 day ;)
