One thing to note: TEAM SINGAPORE, i WONT support them. Sigh, like on TV they were all interviewing the players for team Singapore, and then those idiots on TV were replying to the reporters in CHINESE!!! Well, if they claim to be Singaporean and already changed their citizenship, shouldnt they be like Singaporeans too and talk our national language, ENGLISH? I feel very disappointed. Team Singapore shows, very openly, that its made up of imported players! Singapore writes in newspapers, that team singapore is Strong and can win back medals. Hmmm, im not saying that Singapore cannot win(i'd be very happy that they did), but it is that they take in foriegners who are so willing to play for $$, and dont care about the standards! In the 1960s, REAL Singaporean man Tan Howe Liang got a silver medal for us in weightlifting. This shows that WE singaporeans can do it too, esp if we are properly groomed. Singaporeans and the schools alike should play their part!
